You may not believe me when I say this but the French mastered southern cooking.
They had a professional pitmaster from central Texas teach them how to smoke meats and make sauces for two years before letting them go off on their own. They smoke their meats and make all their sauces in-house.
The food here is delicious, savory and filing.
The staff are very friendly and the ambiance is clean and comfortable.
