There isn’t a better to start this blog than with the most quintessential French food item:

Le crêpe.

So, I’ll warn you now. This isn’t your typical crêpe but it’s the one I like.

It’s organic. It’s gluten-free.

What this means is that you can eat it and feel no shame yet indulge yourself in one of the most delicious crepes you’ll find in Paris.

I don’t know about you but when I get to the end of some meals, I wonder where my IQ went . My heart begins to race. My mouth feels dry. I want to run three miles to not only reverse the damage but perhaps, mostly, to forget.

I guess I have to remind you that I live here half of the year. I am not on vacation. Indulgence, in my case, is reserved for elsewhere.

So, this may not be what you’re looking for but I would be remiss not to begin with the place I’ve gone to most.

It’s only a few blocks from where we live. I’ve eaten there approximately 56 times and I’m not even close to being sick of it.

If you’re gluten-free, like organic ingredients or just love a good, goddamn crêpe, I highly recommend coming here.
